Booking
Reservations are made through the official website of the hotel or by phone numbers.
After completing the application, the guest receives confirmation by e-mail or by phone.
Check-in is possible if you have an identity document.
Payment
Payment is made upon arrival in cash or by bank card.
The hotel reserves the right to request an advance payment during high season or for group bookings.
Cancellation and modification of a reservation
Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before arrival.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fine of one night's cost will be charged.
Change of dates of stay is possible subject to availability of rooms.

Check-out time: before 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are provided whenever possible and may be charged additionally.
Additional conditions
Pets can only be accommodated by prior agreement with the hotel administration.
