  How the program works:

  • Immediately after registration, you receive the Base → status. Permanent 10% discount on all future stays
  • We have accumulated 10 nights in any of our hotels (not necessarily in a row) → Upgrade to Silver → Your discount increases to 15% on all subsequent bookings.
  • We have reached 15 nights in total → Receive Gold status — our highest level of loyalty → Permanent 20% discount on accommodation + priority when booking and special attention from the hotel team

  What else is important to know:

  • Overnight stays are counted for all your bookings (even if you stayed in our different hotels)
  • The discount is applied automatically when booking on the website or through the booking department.
  • The status is maintained indefinitely (no annual reset)
  • The level increases automatically after reaching the required number of nights.
